Please read the rules before you submit your site.

• Do not put the code up until you are accepted as a member.
• Your coding skill must be above average.
• Your contents and design must be creative, and I want to feel something when I visit your site.
• Contents such as graphics, photography, poetry, writings, paintings, drawings, portofolios are welcome. I don't like personal sites that only has blogs and links.
• I'm very picky when it comes to sites about anime, band/celebrity worshiping, cute pixel dolls, so don't bother joining.
• Please note that I don't like free servers with pop-ups and huge advertisements.
• Its almost impossible to be a *complete* original individual, but I will NOT accept copycats of any form.
• I have a right not to accept your site for any reason, but don't take it personally if you get rejected.
